Cognitive Processing Therapy(CPT)

While Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is an evidence-based approach that has helped many individuals heal from trauma, it isn't the right fit for everyone. I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and readiness. If CPT doesn't feel like the best approach for you, we can explore other trauma-informed therapies that focus on building safety, understanding the impact of trauma on your mind and body, developing coping skills, processing difficult emotions, and reconnecting with your values and strengths. I integrate approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, emotion regulation skills, and strengths-based therapy to support healing at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel empowered, supported, and in control of your healing journey.
