Meet your therapist!

Female therapist

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2020, driven by a deep desire to create meaningful change and advocate for others, especially older adults.

During my education and practicum experiences, I quickly discovered a passion for working with individuals navigating mental health challenges and how those challenges can impact overall wellbeing. This realization shaped the direction of my career.

As part of my graduate training, I completed fieldwork with a community mental health organization, where I provided in-home therapy and case management services to older adults. I found this work incredibly rewarding and continued with the agency after graduation.

I later moved to North Dakota, where I completed my clinical supervision hours, earned my LCSW, and continued developing my skills as a clinician. After three years, I returned home to North Idaho to be closer to family.

Today, I am licensed in both Idaho and North Dakota, allowing me to support individuals across both states in their mental health journeys.

I take a compassionate, trauma informed, client-centered approach and strive to create a space where individuals feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. I believe in meeting people where they are, with authenticity, respect, and a nonjudgmental perspective. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing ongoing mental health concerns, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Clients often describe me as approachable, calm, and easy to talk to. I’m known for being warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely engaged in the work I do, and I value creating a space that feels both comfortable and supportive, where you can show up exactly as you are.
